1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the dd33 website at dd33.io (hereinafter "the Platform"), registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("the Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. dd33 reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use dd33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

dd33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) dd33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dd33 will close all but the original account and may confiscate any balances or bonus funds accumulated on the additional accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and active mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. dd33 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You must notify dd33 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. dd33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

dd33 applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dd33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players are encouraged to review current limits within their account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. dd33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues outside its control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Once your KYC documentation has been approved, withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. dd33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing funds, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the dd33 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). dd33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion required is the responsibility of the payment provider and is not governed by dd33.

4.6 Own Payment Methods

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be rejected, and the funds will be returned to the source account. dd33 does not accept payments from third-party sources under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dd33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic or professional wagering strategies constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All sports bets placed on the dd33 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each bet type before placing a wager. In general:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dd33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where the relevant event is abandoned or voided under the applicable sport rules.
• dd33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to irregular or suspicious betting patterns, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, and player account status. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result or settlement of a bet, the decision of dd33's trading team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dd33 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that has already been used for wagering.
• Hacking or Exploiting Vulnerabilities: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or databases.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the dd33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, audio clips, and data compilations, is the property of dd33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dd33.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms.

9 Privacy & Data

dd33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at dd33.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dd33 applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions and does not store plain-text payment credentials on its servers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dd33, its officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

dd33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dd33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

11 Responsible Gaming
